  Contacted seller within 5 days of receipt about the incorrect bowl received. Seller responded to 1st request for resolution but no follow up. I made another request for resolution. No response, No resolution. Did not receive bowl as indicated and represented in photo. Bowl shipped in stated time at agreed price. Bowl was new.

  The item I recieved was not what was pictured for sale. The packaging was falling apart upon arrival due to the materials used to ship being inadequate and the item was unprotected. Prior to buying this item I made an offer, and was counter offered which I was unable to purchase at that price. I had to buy the item at full price and when I reached out for a refund of the difference, I was denied. Buyers beware I would not purchase from this seller again.

  The mixer attachment arrived on time and in new condition. The shipping box had torn open a bit so you may want to consider using a better quality box. The item was fine though, as it is a tough piece of metal :-)
