( Even if their outer packages are not perfect as clearly shown in the photos) Awesome customer service.   We needed some 25W decorative lightbulbs, which are nearly impossible to find in local stores. We were delighted to find them from this seller. The bulbs--fragile at best--came to us in tact/unbroken and exeptionally well-packaged. It's obvious that this seller takes great care in shipping their items. Moreover, when my husband contacted them about getting more bulbs, he found them to be personable and accomodating. Will use this vendor again and will recommend them to others.

  The seller was very friendly, easygoing and helpful. The bulbs were new, in great condition and all of them work well. The price was very reasonable for the quality of these now rare discontinued items. I was even sent a partial refund when the price Id paid on shipping turned out to be more than it cost. They were very carefully and thoroughly packed.
