  My grandson ordered an item from this seller and I asked them to cancel the order. They didn't have to, but they cancelled the order within minutes. I have them as a favorite seller now and I am going to buy something from them soon. This seller is very courteous and understanding and thats a rarity alot of the time on eBay.
