  Each shoe was packed securely and they both arrived in good condition. The shoes are exactly as describe and shown on ebay. The price is very reasonable.

  This add showed a picture of a Kohler OEM kit. The add had a statement "This item is being shipped in the New Package, may be in different packaging, but still the same part. I believed this to be an OEM kit, but Kohler packaging may vary. I received an aftermarket kit by Rotary. Seller was contacted, but only justified what was sent by referencing the previously mentioned statement about packaging. I payed more expecting OEM. Buyer beware!!

  Yes, the descriptions say ships in different packaging. I shipped MADE in the USA parts and not imported OEM Kohler parts, Kohler kits are not USA made but the kit I sell is Made in the USA. The customer wanted imported parts which I do not sell. I offered a refund but he wanted to keep as he should have because my made in the USA parts are better than the imported OEM he wanted.

  From the start, I screwed up the order. Without realizing it, I ordered it twice. Hey I'm old. The next day I got a call from them asking if I meant to do that. OOOPPSS!! Thanks for the save. The kit arrived 2 days later packed well with all the hardware, gaskets and seals exactly as described on the website. I now have a running 40 year old tractor. I have this vender on my watchlist. I,m sure we will be doing business in the future.
