  When I received the purse the lining was torn. I contacted the seller and she offered a discount or return. Whatever I wanted as she just wanted to make it right, as she was unaware of the tare. I chose the discount. I was happy with this offer and can only hope my sewing turns out well. This seller responded promptly and issued a refund.
