  Item delivered as described in very good condition. A good quality Pandora original piece with silver stamps and the item appearance is as per representation in the photos and I was happy with the rice paid and feel it was fair value. I had a query over delivery/tracking but when I contacted the seller they were very helpful and the issue was resolved very quickly.

  Yes! At no fault of the seller, my charm went around the world and back, it took 12 days for me to receive it, which made it past my granddaughters birthday. But I was issued a full refund from seller..I will emphasize again this was not sellers fault. My address was correct on package!
