  Arrived, well packaged, as described. Good value. Postage costs fine. What was a failure was this was part of a three item order-purchase and only two items arrived. I understand shipments are directed via an Ebay shipping hub, and it is they who finally package the order up and mail on. Disappointing that it seems that item I wanted is now 'lost' in that Ebay shipping system. The seller was helpful but unable to do much in this instance. Cant fault them for something which Ebay have done.

  shipping was good, the carrier did not leave the same day that I was notified of delivery. packaging was very.good, the picture was placed in an envelop with stiffeners in the package. the photo pictured and described was the exact one delivered to me. the picture has no flaws, tears or marks on the photo. the value for me was geeat. I love the photo and the value was well worth the price.paid.

Every purchased item i received from Jumping Frog has arrived in the perfect condition exactly the way it's was described in the listing.   Packing was bulletproof. Product was just as described. Was half the price of other sellers. Shipped promptly. USPS lost my shipment — was not the fault of the seller. Seller was very professional and instructed me on how to get USPS to find my item. It worked! Would purchase from seller again. Thanks
