  Very poor service, and poor communication. Had to contact seller for delivery date after 5 days of no communication, I was told they were busy because of Christmas, that’s fair enough, and was told I would still receive it before Christmas. Later that same day I had a message to say the bottle was damaged, and it could not be shipped, so my order was cancelled. I asked why they had 6 in stock and couldn’t dispatch another one, I had no response.

  Quick delivery and perfectly as described, I think maybe I should of gone 1mm smaller but it’s still a lot better than the jump ring I currently had where the pendant kept getting caught on the chain constantly, I would happily recommend this seller/shop
