  The seller used Royal Mail and the Royal Mail sent the package to a location 130 miles from my address. The seller attempted to get them to collect it and resend it, but with out success. We agreed that the best course of action was for the seller to refund me and they have initiated this process immediately after we agreed on the refund. The seller has been excellent with their communication throughout. This will not stop me using this seller in the future, it is a RM error.
