    If I can leave 10 Stars I would. Her reply to my questions were quick. She did everything she could to assure delivery on time and it actually came in early. The hat was exactly as described, probably even prettier in person. Her photos and description helped in my decision making. Offering returns was a nice plus, but not needed.
