    The seller an honest person. He readily answered all my questions about the tool and for the question he did not know off hand he researched and found the answer. The tool was in excellent condition as described. He carefully packaged the tool for shipping with sturdy of padding. It was a pleasure doing business with him!

    Packaging was very secure. The jack was very protected and it’s packaging. Shipping was super quick item was exactly as described in the description and I felt it was a great price. I am very happy with my purchase and the seller had an amazing communication just overall a great seller.

    The seller was very nice to deal with. The seller carefully packed the metal files like packing the jewelry, separated one by one in paper, tape, bubble packing plastic, more tapes, and all in a shipping plastic package. Files are as described. It took a little long to get to me but it is in the USPS. If I could rate the USPS, they will get no star. It was a great value for this set of files. I would recommend this seller.

    Product was exactly what I expected, and in the quality pictured. It was packaged very well, safe and securely with lots of padding. The time frame for shipping was right on time, not failing any expectations. The price of the item was fair for what I was wanting!
