  The item arrived damaged, but it was clearly due to what must have been Severe mishandling by the post office with the condition the package was in upon arrival. the packaging was excellent and very secure with ample padding. The seller responded immediately, issued a full refund, and was courteous and professional throughout. Great communication and outstanding service. I’d definitely buy from them again. Highly recommended!

  This was listed as an opened box. These were ink toner cartridges and ink toner was spilled all over the cartridges. I sent a message and photo to the seller. The seller responded to my message immediately and a refund was issued "immediately" and received.
