  The items were as described. This was the best packing job of fragile items I have ever seen! The seller packed the fragile items with great care. Copious amounts of quality packing materials were used around and between each item. The seller arranged the items snuggly in the sturdy box to prevent damage during shipment. Communication was speedy and pleasant. All of the items arrived quickly and intact! A++++++++++++++++++++++

  Item same as described, very good. For some reason USPS shipped the item to everywhere in the country, but seller very patiently helped me contact USPS and it finally made it to the destination

  Thank you for the kind feedback! I’m so glad the package finally arrived — it toured nearly every neighboring state first. When USPS tracking looks off, I contact the postmaster (not just the clerks) since they can see more detailed info. They let me know if an item is truly lost or just delayed. If USPS can’t fix it, I refund and file a claim. I really appreciated your patience and willingness to work with me toward a resolution. Thank you again — customers like you make all the difference!
