  Was exactly as described and for the price they were a great deal because they are a special kind of bulb so for what they are asking brand new was a good deal and quality produce. They are fast communicators and will answer any questions relatively quickly. I highly recommend this seller if you need arcade parts. A+++ Fast free shipping was quick and came packaged nicely.

  When they arrived the USPS had bent the box and every single strip was broken in half. This was no fault of the seller, it was packaged well. USPS was negligent and bent the box. I emailed the seller but never heard back. I guess they didn't care?
