    Ok, first time that I have ever spent this kind of money on eBay but felt assured by all of the positive feedback about this seller so I went ahead and place my order for almost $10,000. They called me to confirm the order and to provide instructions about the delivery. They shipped it through FedEx and it arrived within days! Arrived in perfect condition. Everything went smooth and I'm super satisfied with the service, delivery, and the new pinball machine! Wish I could give more than 5 stars!

    Items are as described and got here safely, although late due to the USPS increasing goof-ups. The 2-star shipping rating goes to the USPS and not the seller. Due to the USPS negligence, the items did make it to my town, then to Hawaii and then back. Since I have sold here on eBay before I know once the products are dropped off, they are at the mercy of the shipper.

    Gray product they contacted me and let me know. There was a issue with getting the product that I needed and said it would take longer than what they expected but then next thing I got was a notice that it was being shipped. It was a great positive experience, dealing with a company that ran into an issue and handled it correctly.
