  This is a very lightweight skirt. I wasn't aware that it would be more like a summer skirt. It is exactly as described. It was packed, okay, the shipping was okay. And I think it wasn't a value.

  Item has pictured with no tears or stains. Seller offered a discount and accepted counter offer so works with budgets which is dire during these turbulent times. Shipped immediately. DO have some minor complaints: item (dress) has a slight odor so I suggest even spraying with febreze before mailing. Also, and this seems to be a recent trend on Ebay: seller didn't leave much room in between item and mailer edge which risks cutting dress fabric when cutting mailer. Please leave some room.
