  This seller is fantastic! Our package arrived broken; our mail has a reputation for a reason! It was packaged well, but the post office here mishandles our packages, and perhaps it didn't stand a chance. The seller immediately issued a refund when we sent them an email and a picture of the broken skillet, and they also sent a nice note. They even refunded the shipping, going above and beyond our expectations!

  This was an extraordinary, exceptional transaction - it couldn't have gone more smoothly. Super value for price, packaging, fast shipping (which your algorithms seems to prefer).
