  I was in dire need for a particular beanie baby (my daughter's favourite companion) that our dog unfortunately chewed up. Fancy fox not only responded to my message promptly and with compassion, they took extra care and had the toy sent out within an hour of placing the order. I couldn't be more thankful! It came just as described wrapped in beautiful packaging. Such a lovely experience in time of need. I cannot thank them enough! Thank you!
