I tried messaging the seller 3 different times asking for an update and he never responded. I got my refund thankfully after calling ebay for help, but I'm still pretty disappointed because it was an expensive purchase and he had so many good reviews that I trusted. I don't recommend buying from this seller.

I was aware the item did not come with a box but was a bit surprised when the bag it came in was opened and taped shut. I contacted the seller about it, and he explained the manufacturer does that to make sure all the packets/pieces are there. I bought this as a Christmas gift, so I can’t say much about the item itself, but because of the seller’s great communication and willingness to help me out, I would buy from them again.

Wasn't even mailed until 8/1 and arrived 8/4, 2 days after the birthday I needed it for. Terrible communication. Changed the date to accept returns to 7/30, 2 days before he mailed it. People like this shouldn't be allowed to sell on ebay!
