  The doll arrived wrapped tightly n no damage. BUT from the picture n description it never mentioned it would be shipped without the box.[ I never needed or wanted it to begin]. BUT if sumone who did would have be very unset. So im just suggesting in the future to throughly describe how it would arrive or be shipped. Ok.. thank you.

  It was supposed to come as new and sealed, but it came excessively wrapped in tape on the outside and the packaging inside was very damaged. The pictures don't show the level of severity. I requested a replacement or refund from the seller but got no response.

  Shipping had bubble wrap but only on one side of the playstation, and everything might have been neatly stacked, but when it arrived everything, being on top of one another, was all over the place(wish I was being hyperbolic💀). And then to top it off item was an entier different playstation than described, even added fake pictures instead of taking real ones. Sad world
