  Unfortunately the postal service lost my package but the eBay seller was great and did the best she could to try and help. She quickly refunded me for my lost purchase. Even though I was really looking forward to receiving the pendant this seller made it a good experience anyway. I will certainly revisit their shop! Thank you for great customer service.
