    I received on time my package earlier today and it came securely wrapped to help protect it against any possible shipping damages, which I greatly appreciate! After unwrapping, I found the product to be exactly as the vendor described plus I give all high marks on the suggested topics listed, which are quality, condition, value, and appearance! I look forward later to view my new movie and the vendor has earned my recommending The Dude Abides to others who shop for similar products!

    What can I say? I had the same excellent customer service as I did when I ordered my first item! This Seller was quick to respond to my questions, and was kind enough to fix an error I had made on the order within 20 minutes! The item arrived in perfect condition and I was very pleased with the quality,, and the awesome value price, along with a discount upon ordering two DVDs from this Seller! They were each sent to different states. Nather of us have any complaints. Will order again! 5 stars!

    The seller was proactive with communication. The product arrived as advertised and I am building the Lego set which is intact except for minor damage to the box (which was clear upfront)!

    Appearance: The box was as pictured, brand new, and with seal intact. Superficial shipping damage occurred as two discs slipped loose during transit. (maybe bubble wrap could have helped? Not sure how much tho) The damage doesn't impact playback. Works as expected. Great miniseries. Even better for this price!
