  Very nice lot of dolls house miniatures and cleaning accessories. Unfortunately, despite the good packaging, one of the items arrived damaged. The seller was very responsive and kindly part-refunded for that item. All was as described and good quality and value. Many thanks.

  I have never before left neutral or negative feedback but in this case I feel I must. Unfortunately the item arrived broken although had been boxed and wrapped in bubble wrap. I informed the seller and sent photo of damage. I advised that I wasn’t going to send it back as I can repair it. Unfortunately the seller has not contacted me even to acknowledge my message, such a big shame. The description, cost of postage and value were all good. I contacted the seller 4days ago before writing this.

  Love to buy from this seller as she always has very very nice miniatures. When I receive something I know it will be fine as the packing is always great to travel a long way. Everything is just as she states, shipping is expensive, however not her fault as she doesn't determine the rate Norma
