  Beverage glasses are exactly as described. They were packaged very well and arrived in excellent condition. The glasses are beautiful and of very good quality. About two months ago I had bought two of these exact same glasses at a neighborhood estate sale. I would have bought more, but only two were for sale. I searched Ebay and saw the exact same brand glasses on Ebay. I was delighted, especially that they were listed as brand new in the box, fair price and the seller has positive ratings.

  My 5 star rating is for the seller shipping my item quickly and then refunding the purchase in a timely fashion. The item was sent to an old address upon placing the order despite having set my current location as the primary address multiple times. I contacted the shipping company when I realized what had happened and they rerouted it back to the seller but then it was lost in transit. I was still refunded even though the issue occured during the ordering process.

  As soon as I picked up pkg from porch I knew I had a problem ,it rattled. The pkg was well wrapped & when I finally got it opened it was wrapped well with bubble wrap but to unfortunately reveal one glass broken in half so I only have 3 glasses dealer seems to have wrapped pkg properly so I’m not casting blame or holding anyone to blame ,Maybe sme bubble wrap inside the box would have been a good idea?glasses are nice.
