  This was a very positive experience. The item was as described with the exception of the left bumper not working. I contacted the seller about it and their communication was excellent. They resolved the problem to my complete satisfaction. Shipping was quick and the packaging was thorough.

  The shipping was pretty quick at only waiting a single day for it to get shipped out, and it came quickly, the price was pretty good, and the condition, although dirty, was very good once it cleaned up, it was exactly like the pictures, the packaging was also pretty clean and simple, a simple envelope with a padded one on the inside to protect it, I’d buy from this guy again and overall I’m very happy with my purchase, it made a pretty good daily iPod too.

  Package took much longer than promised to arrive (8 days from CO to AZ??) - and when it finally did get here, it was the WRONG ITEM packed in a flimsy used CEREAL BOX!! I messaged the seller to give him a chance to make it right, but he couldn’t be bothered to reply. I had to work with eBay to get a refund and then buy the item I was supposed to get from another seller. It was a birthday gift - and due to this seller’s negligence it was late. This seller gets an F- and no more business from me.
