  The item arrived quickly, but unfortunately one of the pieces was broken beyond repair despite being packaged well. I reached out to the seller to see if there was anything that could be done and they responded immediately with sincere apologies. The seller did everything they could to ensure the item was packed well, but still refunded half the purchase price to make up for the loss. I can’t explain how much that meant. The other bowl is beautiful! Exactly as described! Wonderful seller!

  Tunic was accurately described and arrived well packaged. Buying white is always risky but as far as I can see there are no stains or imperfections. The price was typical of what I pay for Win Win Tunics. The shipping was very quick and arrived before another tunic I bought first. I would definitely purchase from this seller again.

  The item I ordered arrived today, thank you, it's as lovely as your pictures dud show. The packaging used allowed so moisture could seep through to the material. The cost for the item and shipping the item was extremely reasonable.
