The shoes were wrapped in nice tissue with a colorful thank you sticker in a brightly colored padded envelope. It was a nice touch that I appreciated. This is my 3rd pair of Zanny sneakers and couldn't beat the pricing. The only slight negative is that I prefer to have shipping cost "included" or "hidden" in my purchase price. While I know the price was fair, I prefer to see free shipping in a listing.
