  I had a good experience overall with this seller and the value was good. However, the hole in the felt sockor (the slippers) was larger than the pictures implied. Shipping speed and packaging were good and the thank you note was a nice touch. Overall, I would likely buy from this seller again, but I would be careful with some used items.

  I am not sure how the hole could be bigger than the picture implied. It was a picture of the hole. ???

  I received my package in good time. Unfortunately one of the cups didn’t survive. I messaged the buyer and sent pictures, she apologized and sent a refund right away. Overall I am very pleased with the transaction. Would recommend and buy from again.
