The reply was in *5mins* - they had already realised, and posted the correct lead, supplied the tracking number, and it was receivedthe following morning. Most pro-active seller I've ever purchased from in 20+ years of using ebay. OUTSTANDING!!!

  I Have not had chance to try this yet, But the quality, condition and overall appearance were exactly as listed. Price was reasonable. It was delivered well packed and ARRIVED THE NEXT DAY !!!! EVEN THOUGH THAT WAS A SUNDAY !!!! Whether that is great service or a disgrace depends on how you feel about deliveries on Sunday? Personally I feel Sunday should be the one day I can to come and go as I please, without worrying about deliveries. Undelivered RM POST is a total nightmare to retrieve.

  I ordered two refurbished laptops, both arrived quickly and barely had any marks on them and were a good price. The only small issue was one of the laptops had a regular kettle lead instead of the C5 power cable. I phoned the seller who immediately sent out a replacement that was delivered the next day. Fantastic customer service. I highly recommend this seller.
