  Ordered this Pentax but then saw that the vendor was also selling an Olympus that I much preferred so I contacted the vendor and asked if I could change my mind (if they hadn't shipped the Pentax already) and they said okay and shipped me the Olympus, as I requested. VERY VERY impressed with the integrity and customer service orientation of this vendor and highly recommend them.

  The camera is great. It is exactly how it appears in the ad. It was packed well, shipped and arrived promptly. I appreciated that the seller messaged me to indicate the camera’s menus are in Japanese in case that was a problem for me. Would do business with them again
