  The product was very well packed inside a box and was exactly as described in the posting as being completely new and never opened. I was very pleased with the value of the product considering it was produced in the 1980s/1990s. Looking at it, you would not think how old it was as there was no fading of the material. The purchase included tracked postage which made sure I was at home to receive the parcel on the expected day. I will certainly use the seller again without hesitation.

  Ordered a HP G5 USB-C dock in used condition from this seller, the description noted that the cable from the dock was kinked, but no mention of it effecting the device’s function. Unfortunately, the kink in the cable made the device lose connection to the laptop at random. Messaged the seller, he instantly issued a partial refund covering the cost of a replacement cable - I now have a functional device again. Quick postage, packaged very well. Great seller, would recommend.

  Packaging — arrived in a deck of cards of box; would have preferred in a plastic sleeve to protect the card as it arrived more battered than it was. Other than that, love the card as it part of my collection. Good value given that it’s vintage so will buy again from seller, many thanks 😊

  Shipping on TheBrothers end was speedy. It did take a while for me to receive my item, but that was due to USPS rather than the seller. The package was packed nicely and protected sufficiently. Item was as described and priced appropriately. Thank you for helping me recover those files!
