  Items were dispatched and arrived fairly quickly, appropriately packed and exactly as described but not quite as pictured for 1 out of 10 lightsabers ordered. The option for "white hilt and bar" has a picture of a clear bar not a white one. The glow in the dark sabers are also white and only show the green hue when in the dark. Still happy with purchase for the decent price and variety of options available. Would buy from seller again.

  I had ordered this item a few weeks ago, but it never turned up. Lost somewhere in the post. I contacted the seller who was immensely helpful in sorting out a replacement which turned up swiftly after he heard from me.   Item was dispatched quickly and arrived in excellent condition. There was a delay in delivery due to Royal Mail disruption - not the sellers fault - and the item was feared lost. The seller offered a swift refund and let me know what to do when the item finally arrived. Perfect communication from the seller throughout, and Steve went above and beyond to help.
