  Seller shipped the incorrect item. Inspite of sending several messages requesting assistance- in hopes of receiving the correct item, I received no response from the seller. Overall, a very frustrating and negative experience. I would not recommend buying from this seller, nor will I be purchasing items from them in the future. If I could give them a lower rating, I would.

The instructions were easy enough to figure out. High quality stickers. Worth the buy! Authentic Legos were used. Great communication, speedy delivery, and safe & secure packaging. A trusted & recommended seller. Will definitely buy more custom LEGO products in the future. Thank you!

  Seller was not responsive and did not ship my item when they should have and the mini figure I needed the case for couldn’t be given as a gift. So annoying to pay for shipping that costs twice as much as the price of the item and then not receive it when I should have. Sent a message to the seller twice and never received a response. Do not purchase from this seller or waste your time with them. poor customer service. Poor logistics.

  Contacted the seller about sending me the wrong color, they responded that they would fix issue, then communication stopped. Reached out again, same thing happened. Won’t be purchasing from them again.
