  Seller did their part to get these screws to me. USPS however dropped the ball. They were 3 days late getting them here even though Postal rates have risen. The Seller kept me informed of delivery date and these were Great price too for stainless. Will shop with again and be patient on delivery.

  The nuts are great, as advertised. Supplier sent them quickly. The only problem is USPS. Their delivery information is in the federal work force dream sphere. In fact, they were processed in and out of the same USPS “distribution facility” for 3 1/2 days multiple times. Their crack messaging lets you know where the product was, not where it is, nor any semblance of when it might be delivered. NOT supplier’s fault! Will buy from again but allow twice the USPS estimated delivery time

  Got exactly what I ordered, the quality is top notch. They had exactly what I needed. New bolts got to me in great condition bc of the packaging. Shipped promptly. Had a nice sticker included that improved the appearance of my tool box! The coolest part though, you get a sticker with a description and a QR code to put on your storage so you know what the fastener is and can quickly reorder it. Definitely doing more business with this seller.

  They didn’t have the bolts in the size they listed (that I require) I waited several days. They reached out and let me know that they had escalated with their supplier. Couple days later we agreed to cancel the order. Things don’t always work out. Meaningful communication is the key. Thanks again.

  USPS lost contents of package during original shipping. I contacted the seller and sent pictures of the damaged box. They quickly reshipped the order and filed their own claim with the post office. Received my nuts and bolts 3 days later through FedX - great service and problem solving. Will certainly buy again! Thanks!
