  From when I ordered it to when it arrived was about 8 days. 4 new 12" clamps for $84.83 total or $21.21 each. Reasonable price considering shipping. Before I bought it I asked though if it was the clamp with the yellow pads or the one with the black pads, because the product image showed 2 different clamps. The seller said it was the yellow model. I received the black model. (note: other differences aside from color). The return was no hassle and every communication was positive with the seller.

  A+++ e-Seller, excellent customer communication and support. eBay international shipping not as efficient as the regular USPS in my case. The items arrived well but with a lots of opportunities to be lost jumping from HUB to HUB.

  I knew what I was buying so I Love the product I bought. The item looked like it was well packaged and safe during shipping and worked perfectly on first go. Shipping was amazingly quick considering it was USA to Australia. With it being fairly priced! Only issue was it can with an American power plug not and Aus power plug but that’s an easy fix so not a real big hassle or issue Would highly recommend RedBeard.

  Leider kam das Paket komplett zerstört an, alle Behälter waren offen und die Creme war in den Karton gelaufen und somit unbrauchbar, da der Karton komplett aufgeweicht war. Die Kommunikation mit dem Lieferanten aber einwandfrei. Ich hoffe jetzt auf Rückerstattung.

  No tracking information was provided. I messaged the seller about it and got no response. After I opened a dispute, they finally decide to respond and provided the tracking information. The package was delivered and in good condition as described, but communication was poor.
