  The owner of this shop is top notch. She provided extremely supreme service. She instantly replied with answers to my questions and helped me expedite the item almost immediately allowing me to receive it the next day. I would totally recommend her shop. I’d give her 100 stars if I could. Only one issue , but I will not complain is that the item is pretty tarnished. I was able to spray it so it wasn’t noticeable.

  The mirror was pretty, I believe, before it was shipped. It was shipped in a flat box with precious few bits of bubble wrap causing the frame of the mirror to chip in many places during transport. I asked the seller for a $5.99 credit so I could buy gold paint to try to repair the damage. She refused, and offered me a $2.64 credit instead, which was not enough to buy the paint that I wanted to buy at Hobby Lobby. Very difficult seller to deal with. Beware.

  INACCURATE AND INCOMPLETE DETAILS OF THIS TRANSACTION! This item received a paint chip in transit. It was insured so i asked her to return it and provided pre-paid shipping label. Buyer would not send it back. I sent a refund for her to buy 2 Different paints along with pictures and pricing, but she demanded I cover the cost for the more expense paint at Hobby Lobby to which I again asked her to return the item at my expense. The buyer held the item hostage then left negative feedback UNFAIR
