  This seller has been one of, if not the most helpful and honest online traders I have ever encountered. The initial overseas shipping by eBay was ridiculous, they found much cheaper options for me. Unfortunately the secondhand item had a small flaw that made it almost unusable, easily missed. The seller gave a full refund. Polite & quick with the helpful communication through the whole process. It says something when the product has an issue, but you’d still gladly trade again. Cheers!
