    Blower motor arrived damaged ,seller made me do all the claim filing and then wanted me to wait several days to even tell me when replacement would ship. Worst experience I ever had with any seller on EBAY. True they didn't damage it but The vendor they hired "FEDEX" did it. I should have called with the pics and heard " sorry Mr. customer ,we will get anther on the way. All I HEARD WAS ABOUT THEIR POLICY AS IF THAT MATTERS TO ME.

Try as we might to protect our products from the rigors of shipping, there are still times when items get damaged due to negligent carriers. Yes, we ask that our customers fill out a claim form to have a paper trail of their claim. We apologize if you found this process to be inconvenient but it allows us to keep all cases organized and be more efficient.
