  Great card. I am lucky to have received the card. USPS tore the envelope open in the middle from the & bottom with only a small strip of the paper envelope holding everything together. Would suggest using a better envelope in the future.

  I still have not received the doll. It has been a week that is ridiculous. It’s not your fault but please do not ship by UPS. All we get from them is excuses why they’re taking so long to deliver a package. There is no bad weather around this area now there are no bad roads. There is no excuse for them not to deliver the package on time. It should’ve been here two days ago for now when I order from eBay, I will not want any package shipped by UPS. I want it shipped by regular mail. !!!

  item arrived, but two minis were not in their casing, so were floating around the box and one had sustained damage. Have superglued it back together, so should be fine - may want to add more protection for your deliveries in the future; empty ziplock food bags were an odd choice for transporting this safely within the postage box and did nothing to offer protection as they were flat and had no air inside them. Use foam bits or an alternative to transport, especially internationally.
