  Ordered two the same and got one blue, one brown. After contacting them they arranged the return label to a local drop off. When they received the return they then express dispatched the replacement so our electrician could fit on schedule. Haven't installed yet but looks lovely. In summary,product looks great, issue resolved, good communication.

  I had a very poor experience with this company. I ordered a mirror cabinet that was advertised with next-day delivery. I was told it had been dispatched, but no tracking information was provided. A week later, I finally received tracking details, only to discover that the item had never actually been sent to the courier.
