  The mixer was poorly packaged—just set in a chip box with no protective layer. Arrived with screws that had fallen out, small broken plastic pieces, and the power block sliding around inside the housing. I reassembled and it is working for now. However, due to the poor shipping the item was not as described. Seller said Guitar Center shipped the same way to him as an excuse but did offer a return/refund. I chose to keep it to avoid hassle, but I wouldn’t buy from this seller again.

  Hi, We do efficiently package our shipments with protective measures. The damages that you have described are very aggressive as it would take a lot of force to knock out screws from the device. It’s unfortunate that a postal employee was careless and usually this scenario does not occur often. We offered an immediate resolution for a refund and return, so we hope your experience was better than average. We hope to see you again

  Thank You! Great Price, Fast Shipping! Only complaint was: sold as new, but not new and is missing parts Was shipped in original box that was nearly destroyed in shipping. Should have been placed in proper shipping box before being mailed!

  Good deal. Well described. Fast communication. I would have rated a 5, however the problem I have is with the carrier. UPS crushed the box that took forever to get (as compared to other carriers). The packing job by the seller saved the day !
