  Wow! These harmonicas are in beautiful condition. And they came from Japan to NH in 6 days! I am amazed. I bought from other global sellers in the past and waited up to 90 days for an item. This seller is highly recommend by me. Pictures and description were accurate. Communication was helpful and ongoing. Shipping charges were nothing. I am a very satisfied customer.   The item I received was as described and a good value; however, one item was missing. The seller asked me to cancel the order, and although I responded, I did not receive any follow-up. Additionally, shipping was delayed without any notification. The packing was quite weak, but FedEx provided strong protection for the box. I'm pleased to have received my Koto safely, even though the Koto-ji was not included as indicated. Overall, my experience with this seller has not been positive.

  Seller sent an offer on this particular item which was concurrently listed by four different sellers. Offer accepted and the item arrived a week later. There was no personal direct communication with the seller but there were automatic status updates. Packaging was exceptional and the item was just as shown in the photos.   This was a FANTASTIC deal, started with seller making an offer. Item was packed well, received with no issues, and shipping time was fairly quick. 11 days from the time of payment until it was delivered to California. Not bad at all! The bass itself is excellent condition, the pictures were accurate and true to the instrument. I do wish there had been more information available about the instrument itself in the listing description. Thanks for a great deal!

  There initially seemed like there would be delay in shipping, and then I noticed the exact instrument on another auction and got a little spooked. But it shipped and arrived exactly as quoted. It was packed with great care and arrived in exactly the condition pictured in the auction. An excellent instrument at a fair price, packed well and timely shipped. I would purchase another from this seller.
