The item was exactly as described. It was new in a box that had the Kohler security sticker in place, ensuring the quality of the product. This was a discontinued product by Kohler, so finding a new one at this price was great. Given the item's condition and shipping timeliness, this has been an excellent transaction from my perspective. This seller is definitely one of my "go to" sites on eBay!
