  I ordered a scooter for my son who loves dinosaurs it was due to have a dinosaur head on the front however when it arrived this was not the case even though it was in the description. I contacted the seller who at first was really responsive and offered some options to resolve this which I was fine with however first option of sending the part out was not possible as he did not have it, again I accepted this and said I would keep the item and accept partial refund, he has now stopped responding

  Well I regret ever entertaining this company what we ordered wasn’t what we got ,paid extra postage to get it within 2 days got it after 3 days when I picked it up it’s totally wrong item sent us a cheap and nasty alternative ,ruined my daughters day ,sent them messages and not heard anything ,avoid buying from this company total rip off merchants ,I will be contacting eBay for my money back

  The set I received was not the me that was advertised that I wanted. The one I received was cheap and tacky and could’ve got a lot cheaper online. Emailed seller 3 times and was ignored

  What a load of rubbish! You messaged and said it didn't match the description. I apologised, advised you I was unaware of the difference and to send it back for a refund at my cost.

  Very Poor Service, had not received the item by the estimated date. We contacted for an update, only to be told can not find the item so not dispatched yet. The least they could have done was let us know, Zero, Zilch, nothing. Then we were told we would get a refund once they were in front of a computer, which was seven days after order. Service or honesty is not their strong point as they stated they could not send another as they had none left, but it was still for sale on Ebay. Unprofessional
