  Sent in my 2005 Sport Trac Gauge Cluster for repair and was informed that it could not be repaired. Ordered a refurbished one. The shipping was done in a timely manner. I received the cluster and installed it. It worked perfectly as advertised even the odometer was correct. I would highly recommend this seller. 4 stars in every category

  I received the item as described in the listing, packaged well, & had return shipping included to send back the old cluster to get the core charge back. Seller has decent communication, however this is were the good ends. The first cluster I received the RPM gauge was non-functional, along with other gauges either reading incorrectly or twitching. Sent it back, with a list of problems & asked for a black background instead of the white, when I received the replacement, gauges still not working

  the reman instrument cluster's appearance, quality & condition could easily pass for brand new. vendor did excellent job of remanufacturing. it was carefully packaged in a sturdy box with packing kernels & bubble wrap. i received it a couple days earlier than the projected arrival date. before purchasing i communicated a couple concerns to the seller & he promptly addressed my questions
