  This seller was fantastic to deal with. The first handpan I received was a little out of tune and they were very willing to exchange and ensure I received an item I was happy with, to the point of sending me a video of the replacement before sending. They couldn't have been more helpful. Highly recommended for their customer service and prompt communication. I'm also super happy with the handpan I have now. It's great value for the price and a good sound.

  This handpan is beautiful. The sound is lovely, soothing and relaxing. The handpan arrived in excellent condition, with fast delivery from UPS service. I was able to negotiate a really great price with the seller. This seller responded immediately, as I contacted because the zip on the case was broken. The seller offered options to resolve the issue, and I chose the option to replace the case only, since the handpan itself is in perfect condition. I highly recommend this seller.

  Handpan arrived quickly, and feels and looks exceptional quality for a great price. Sounded fantastic. Sadly it must have taken a hit in transit as a couple of notes were dead. That said, excellent communication with seller who has been more than helpful with return. She has even given advice and info about the handpans and is arranging a replacement for me. Fantastic!   I had a great experience with the seller. She was very accommodating and friendly. I'm quite pleased with the hand pan. It was packed very securely and arrived in perfect condition. It has a great tone. For the price can't be beat.

  I took a punt on this handpan, thinking it was far too cheap to be legit. I was half expecting some kind of poor quality, temu style rip off. I was so wrong. I ordered on Xmas eve & it was delivered on 27th, so 10/10 for delivery. Communication was quick & easy. it came well packaged in a sturdy box with polystyrene packaging & came with stand, cloth, beaters and carrying case. Amazingly ornate and the sound is fantastic. I am one happy customer, never thinking I'd ever afford one
