  Package was due to arrive on a Tuesday and actually arrived on Friday before the weekend which was a very pleasant surprise! Doll came in excellent new condition as described and no defects or loose stitches were found. Very proud and pleased with my purchase and would definitely do business with this seller again. Price was very fair and Lisa is a wonderful addition to my happy home. She is soft and huggable and very cute!

  Package arrived quickly and well wrapped. The item (a framed oil painting) arrived with damaged backing, I got a written quote for repair from a local vendor, and the seller promptly refunded that amount in order to cover the charge. Excellent service, great to work with, will be on the lookout for opportunities to purchase from the seller again, in the future.

  Good transaction, as described. Not well packaged had couple’s and end rails broken during shipping. I try to remember to tell non train shops to protect the ends when there’s no original box, but I forget this time. Everything else was good so seller gets a 4.5 out of 5 on this order.
