  The item was very well packaged in a large box with plenty of padding, The manual was of a different brand of player but had the same functions. I needed to give the Video Tape heads a clean and then it gave a very good picture, the DVD player was good and the unit is able to copy from a Video Cassette to a DVD. This is what I wanted the unit for. Happy with the result.
