    The item was as described so I’m happy. FedEx delivered to the wrong house on a different street and provided awful customer service. It took some time to get the item which isn’t the sellers fault. The supplier communicated well during this process. I will definitely use this supplier again but with a different courier.

    fantastic seller, item arrived in a well-secured, properly packaged manner, and product was almost spotless internally and externally. great communication with seller, and even gave a 10% discount. only given 3 stars due to the fact that item listing clearly said supplied with power lead, but did not receive one, and seller pointed out that they do not provide leads. if you ignore all this, its a good seller who takes good pride in the refurbished products they sell.

    Great seller! The computer exceptionally well packaged, and shipped quickly. It was in good condition (no major marks, scratches), matching the description, and at a fair price. The power adaptor needed a clean, but not a big deal whatsoever. I would be delighted to buy from this seller in the future! A++

    Desktop PC arrived well packed and as listed with fresh Win 11 Pro license activated - even got agreed discount for one missing pair of HDD rails before purchase. So good value. Would definitely recommend seller.

    Item as described. Took a little while to receive over the xmas /new year break. It had a minor issue with the CMOS battery but this was quickly addressed when reported. Really happy with the machine, and even more happy with the responsive help before purchase and then provided after sales to resolve the issue. Would definitely buy from these guys again!
