  They shipped it to the wrong city. When I contacted them they claimed it was still in route. Item tracking still shows delivered to Clermont Fl. on 2 Sept. I don't live there, never been there, no plans to visit. It is now the 15th. I don't have any confidence that I will ever receive my item at this point.
